KFT is 5 Months Old!

Our little boy is five months old today!

Our sweet and precious little boy loves his mommy so much that he still likes to spend time with her multiple times each night.  :/  This chunky baby wakes up to eat every 3 hours unless it is one those nights where he wakes up every 1-1.5 hours.  Little does he know that once Summer Break starts, there will be some tough-love going on in the wee hours of the night.

Sweet Boy falls asleep each night with oatmeal and milk now.  We are trying to pack him full to lengthen his sleeping stents...hmmm.

KFT is so happy!  He makes her mommy and daddy feel so special when they walk in a room. However, when Big Sister catches his eye, mommy and daddy become chopped liver!  His smile stretches a mile, and his bright blue eyes shine.  He is quite chatty these days, and boy does his voice carry.  We simply love listening to him and watching our two little ones talk!

Our handsome boy now reaches for things with both hands.  As soon as he has a grasp, it immediately goes in his mouth. His drool is something out of this world!  We have never seen so much!  KFT holds his head up all by himself now and is beginning to be able to prop himself up in a sitting position with his legs and hands.  He has outgrown the Bumbo seat with his pudgy thighs and all, but he continues to love the exersaucer.  He is also becoming quite skilled at actually jumping in the Johnny Jump Up instead of just spinning around in circles.  It is so much fun to watch and listen to his joy when he is in it.

Baby Boy found his feet a few days ago and hasn't let go of them since.  His toes haven't made it to his mouth yet, but we're sure that's coming.

In the evening, Bubby loves to lay in RLT's bed with us all and listen to everyone read and sing songs.  He found his big sisters hair the other day and needed to be disciplined for the first time.  Ha!  But, they definitely like to snuggle with each other during this time.
